A common hassle is the towel deposit, which isn't well communicated during check-in. this can be a real inconvenience when you're trying to get into vacation mode. reserving sun loungers is a major issue. seen too many guests hogging them all day while families search for shade. Not to mention, the pool temperature can be on the cooler side, especially if the weather's not cooperating. Daily room cleaning is hit or miss, leaving you wondering if that pile of wet towels will ever get taken care of.
